A Waterloo homeowner wanted a true big-screen experience at home — professionally installed, high-end, and a world away from a DIY setup. They wanted the room to look like the polished theatres they'd seen online. Slinger Solutions started with conceptual renderings so the client could see exactly what the finished room would look like, then worked closely with the general contractor to make sure every detail was nailed down through the build.

Our Solution
Slinger Solutions supplied a full 9.2.4 Dolby Atmos system built around Paradigm speakers. We implemented a custom 130" acoustically transparent screen with the front speakers placed behind it for a true cinema soundstage. All equipment was wired back to a concealed rack, keeping the room clean and completely free of visible AV gear. Control4 ties everything together with Lutron lighting, so the client can trigger scenes with a single touch — dimming the room, dropping the screen, and firing up the system in one action.
